By accessing or using PostStream ("the App," "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostStream is a content management platform that enables users to schedule, manage, and publish video content to their TikTok accounts through TikTok's Content Posting API.

3. Account and Authorization

To use PostStream, you must:

  • Have a valid TikTok account

  • Authorize PostStream to access your TikTok account through TikTok's OAuth authorization process

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur through your use of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PostStream only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Upload or publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service

  • Upload or publish content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

  • Use the Service to distribute spam, misleading content, or malicious material

  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through PostStream. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to TikTok on your behalf.

6. Third-Party Services

PostStream relies on TikTok's APIs to function. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to TikTok's API, policies, or availability

  • Actions taken by TikTok regarding your account or content

  • TikTok's handling of your data under their own policies

Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PostStream is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostStream and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your TikTok account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
